Telemafia is an amusing, one-note short film directed by Diane Namm and co-written by Namm and Jan Militello in which a telemarketer picks the wrong person to call and ends up with a "cold call" he will never forget.

Co-leads Ray Abruzzo and Jeff Richards certainly do have fun with the concept, but even at a mere 10-minute run time the concept wears itself out amidst laughs that are more cute than outright funny. While there's nothing particularly wrong with Telemafia, the film will mostly appeal to those who can appreciate its mafia-centered humor and the antics that follow when one poor sap inadvertently calls someone who probably just never got around to signing up for the "no call" list.
